剧情简介 《恐怖男爵》是1962年的一部科幻片。由Chano Urueta执导，Abel Salazar、Ariadna Welter、David Silva等联袂主演。恐怖男爵，又名El barón del terror、Baron of Terror。In 1661 Mexico, the Baron Vitelius of Astara is sentenced to be burned alive by the Holy Inquisition of Mexico for witchcraft, necromancy, and other crimes. As he dies, the Baron swears vengeance against the descendants of the Inquisitors. 300 years later, a comet that was passing overhead on the night of the Baron’s execution returns to earth, bringing with it the Baron in the form of a horrible, brain-eating monster that terrorizes the Inquisitor’s descendants.

苍穹的幻想 说：三百年前被教廷审判为恶魔并处死的男爵随着三百年后的彗星来袭重生世间，并对曾经审判他的陪审团后代进行报复；冤有头债有主，男爵虽然嗜杀成性但是好歹还是有冤报冤，有恩报恩，专门打击报复自己前世的仇人；电影中背景、设定、配乐都很大程度影响了后世日本怪兽片或者说特摄片，《恐怖男爵》可能是它们理念的雏形之一。
451½°F™ 说：故事结构、剧本框架和主BGM在前半段煞有介事，尽管怪物造型杂糅了吸血鬼+外星人，且行为愚蠢至极却也有点小恶趣味，只是后半段故事和角色都塌方得不成样子。
