剧情简介 《我心中的山》是2024年的一部纪录片。由波莉·斯蒂尔精心打造的，电影我心中的山，又名The Mountain Within Me。This emotional and inspiring documentary details the road to recovery for rugby player Ed Jackson after an almost fatal spinal cord injury.
Chronicling Jackson’s remarkable journey and embrace of mountaineering, the film explores the private and public life of a thoroughly courageous man. Ed has also established a charity which uses the outdoors and adventure to support others facing similarly challenging situations.
Starkly honest, unsentimental and unflinching in its examination of a life forever changed, this beautiful film is moving and thought provoking.

哒哒马蹄来 说：法航飞机上看的，法航真的是运动纪录片好全啊！感觉电影感没那么强，像个采访和记录的结合。我太喜欢Lois的大笑了！Ed用自己的精神力量和行动坚持在一次他自己都觉得stupid的意外后，成功了从另一个角度打开了人生。我看完就是觉得，perspective真的太重要了，focus on what I can do instead of I cannot. Look forward. 还有有温暖的爱人和家人是多么重要啊️
驻藓之鸟 说：24.8.16 EIFF 看这部影片时，碰巧穿着登顶Snowdon后买的纪念卫衣，很感慨。影片内容很励志，但可能原先预期有点高，有些镜头也太不像电影了。
