蔚藍 说：当故事片看就不咋样，当纪录片看就干货满满。新加坡热得要死，生活压力大，一般居民都不在家做饭，催生出超级发达的大排挡行业。能在这个产业里存活，考验的都是真本事。因此，影片里出场的档主们个个都是得道高手，却异乎寻常的质朴平凡。看了这个尤其深刻地感觉到，顶级的食物只在市井之中，而不可能在米其林三星酒店。
