剧情简介 Claridge's, in the heart of London's Mayfair, is a five star luxury hotel favoured by royalty and celebrities. For the first time in its long history, this famously discreet institution has opened its doors to documentary cameras. Director Jane Treays has spent a year behind the scenes, upstairs and downstairs, following staff and their guests, some of whom are prepared to pay the price of a small family car for one night's stay. Opened in 1854, Claridge's is famed for its Art Deco interiors and traditional service. Many staff, such as Roman the doorman, have worked there for over 30 years, giving guests continuity and the sense they might be living in different century.

yan 说：看完以后还是觉得如果付出的金钱可以换来这样用心的服务 那的确是很值得的事。片子里每一个人的工作态度都让人佩服。不过伦敦好些酒店复古老式的装饰风格实在是不对我胃口，如果我每次去伦敦都住rosewood，这样住个几十年有没有片子里的待遇呢 哈哈哈哈
一个没有故事的 说：一间五星级豪华酒店的魅力 不在于奢华的装饰 而是应该在于一种 被传承下来的独特的格调 这可能也是设计 跟其他行业最不同的地方之一
