一星半，主要靠鸡贼的百货公司经理和傻人有傻福的雇员制造低级笑料（和《粉红豹》系列的克鲁梭与探长之间的对峙一样），只有打字舞和吸尘大法两段还算有趣，但又玩的太过。塔许林的喜剧往往都是仓促收局，本片也不例外。

前面刚开始卖萌还有笑料，而且比较合理，特别是22分钟左右的打字表演与配乐配合得天衣无缝、惟妙惟肖；但之后的各种任务意外就显得重复、浮夸和做作，为卖萌搞笑而搞笑，多少显得有些无聊和尴尬。一星给男主的卖力表演，两星给Jill，太美了！在众星璀璨的邦女郎中，她也是翘楚（个人审美）！

For most of its runtime this alternates between moderately charming Lewis bits (the air typewriter number being a standout) and cringe-inducing reactionary sexism, but then that goddamned vacuum cleaner sucks up everything in sight and the cast is reduced to proletarian dogwalkers and suddenly all is right with the world.

So dynamic as a real dynamite as always, this time as an innocent weapon, Lewis puts everybody in danger, severely messes up the consumption world without reservation, so funny and necessary.

who's mending the store...is another typical goofy style comedy from Lewis, where it delivers various gags and absurdities in a non-stop crazy kaleidoscope-like package.

若要講劇本嚴謹度，Tashlin的多數作品自然胡來亂收到令人髮指，但他的趣味，或說對當代而言彌足珍貴之處，在於讓人驚喜的空間處理。空間或許才是喜劇的精髓，可惜類似思維當代幾乎遍尋不著。

结尾太草率了，之前挺不错，很多时候让我想起摩登时代里卓别林当夜巡员的那场戏，不得不说金·凯瑞学了杰瑞·刘易斯太多。
